You can request deletion of your account and associated profile information created through the Sri Chakra Diagnostics mobile app. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.
How to request account deletion
Send an email from the address registered on your app account to:
Please include:
- Subject line: Account deletion request — Sri Chakra Diagnostics App
- The phone number or email address linked to your app account
- Your full name (as shown in the app), if applicable
Alternatively, you may call 9052012320 or 9494787418 and ask for your app account to be deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize, where permitted by law:
- Your app user profile and login credentials;
- Personal identifiers and contact details stored for the App;
- Other app-held personal data that is not required to be retained for legal or medical compliance.
What we may retain
Some information may need to be kept for a limited period or longer where required for medical records, billing, regulatory compliance, or dispute resolution. Where retention is required, access is restricted and data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email when your app account has been closed and applicable data removed or anonymized.
